STRATEGY & BD ADVISORY
Business development: strategy plus implementation. Since 2003, I have undertaken special projects, strategy, business development and strategic due diligence assignments for corporate, PE/VC, HNW or Family Office clients. Insight and a view, not just fat reports. Have worked in many sectors including aviation, travel, tourism, media, services, infrastructure, NGO's etc.
Current focus is helping airports to improve efficiency and accelerate their journey to Carbon neutrality. I help connect suppliers of critical technology and services with airports committed to this path.
Operational and economic efficiency
Improved sustainability and circularity
Strategic suppliers I am working with include:
CHS provides engineering services and cloud-based remote monitoring of critical assets and plant, extending useful life and enabling predictive maintenance.
Econocom provides financing solutions for physical and IT assets, underpinning economic efficiency and end-of-life management.
Pointr provides deep location indoor navigation solutions, which optimise passenger flows, and in the current environment enable social distancing and tracing.
Growing involvement in impact investment and sustainability. I have senior adviser roles with organisations at the heart of the fast growing climate change related investment sector. In addition, I am exploring own investment concepts in this space. This enables me to combine a life-long passion for the natural world with the business and organisational skills and experience I have developed over my career.
